Registration
Registration for this event is now starting (18-May-2007). There is only one competition, DBM 3.1 Ancients, with prizes for Seniors, Juniors and Ladies. If there is sufficient numbers and interest, junior players will be split off into a separate competition of their own.
Due to space restrictions at the venue the event is likely to be over-subscribed. For this reason there will be a national quota system in place. Preference will be given to: European IWF members, other IWF members and non-IWF members in that order.
Registration Steps
1. Register (see below) to play in the event plus optionally attend the official dinner. See the Food and Entertainment page for more details on the official dinner.
2. To assist our caterer with planning, mail this address eicFood@iworg.com if you are interested in having a hot lunch (13 euro per day, to be paid for at the event) on the Saturday and/or Sunday. See the Food and Entertainment page for more details.
3. Email this address eicShirts@iworg.com if you want to purchase additional event polo shirts (9 euro each, to be paid for at the event).
4. If you are a junior competitor (under 18 years old) and you would like to participate in a separate junior competition instead of playing with the Seniors, please email this address riniwa@iworg.com to let us know. This will only happen if there is sufficient numbers and interest.
5. Submit army lists for checking. (See the Army List Submission page for details. Please Note the published list date is the date that lists must be correct by rather than the last possible list submission date. All correct lists submitted by this date will be entered into a draw for a painted 400AP army.
All registered players will have their details displayed on the Registered Players page when payment has been received.
By registering for this event you agree to abide by the rules of the organisers. There will be no refunds.

How to Register
If you are a player from a European country with an IWF member organisation, then you should contact your local IWF member organisation and register through them. The following is a list of European countries with their IWF member organisation listed in parenthesis:
Belgium (FFJH), France (FFJH), Finland (FiWA), Great Britain (BHGS), Greece (HWF), Italy (FIW), Portugal (Almada21 or AJSP) or Spain (Club De Simulacion Historica Akra Leuka).
However please also see registration steps 2-5 above which covers list submission procedures etc.
If you are a player from a non-European IWF member, e.g. MSSA, or from a country which has no IWF member organisation, then you should register directly through RINIWA (see below).
Registering through RINIWA
If you are from a non-IWF country then email us immediately with your name and nationality. Your name will be added to the waiting list for non-IWF players. Your email will be acknowledged and you will be informed by no later than 1st July 2007 if we have secured a place for you. If you are allocated a place then follow the same procedure set out below for RINIWA players.
If you are a RINIWA player or from a non-European IWF country please email us with your name, nationality, club, polo shirt size (S/M/L/XL/XXL) and whether or not you want to attend the official dinner. When you receive an acknowledgement email confirming your place, Then transfer the registration fees to the bank account details below. Please make sure to put "IWF/your name" in the comment space provided on the bank transfer form. Please note You are not fully registered until the money arrives and delayed payment may result in the loss of a place. Places are limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
