Basics
The venue has a full bar available all day and soup and sandwiches (approx 2 euro each) are available to purchase at lunch times.
Official Dinner and Music
Pre-booking for this event when you register is essential. This optional event is priced at 25 euro and will take place on Saturday night in the same venue as the competition. It starts at 7.30pm. The dinner will consist of a buffet-style menu as follows:
Roast Silverside of Beef OR Fresh Salmon OR Vegetarian option
Served with Green Salad, Coleslaw, Celery and apple salad or Pasta Salad, Homemade soda bread and french bread.
Dessert
After the meal there will be two hours of live traditional Irish music and the bar will be open until 2am.
Hot Lunches During the Competition
Hot lunches will be available for 13 euro each day. They will consist of a selection of Beef dish or Chicken dish or vegetarian option (quiche or similar) all with rice and salad. Example dishes include: Chicken Korma, Chicken a la King, Beef Stroganoff and Beef Bourguignon.
